Melissa is certified as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Certified Nutrition Technician, Certified Personal Trainer, and NPC Competitor. She believes without proper nutrition, your fitness goals will never reach optimal potential. Melissa is a renowned fitness and lifestyle expert whose life mission is to inspire and teach others how to reach and maintain the optimal life their bodies were destined to live. Melissa has always had a passion for helping other people. At a young age she experienced first hand the hardships that come from a mismanaged diet and lifestyle. Determined to turn her life around she began her quest to learn everything possible about fitness, nutrition and lifestyle management. This led to the development of her company, Nutrilytics®. |
